Force Multiplier Services

Bring the lab to you and see what your workforce can be like with FML's efficiency essentials. I am willing and able to perform these services remotely. However, in my experience as an educator, the learning outcomes are substantially better with in-person, interactive learning. For best results, I recommend no more than 20 people in-training in a single day. However, I am willing to work with clients based on their needs and availability.

FML does not perform work on behalf of the client. Training and advising are the extent of the services offered.

Full Training Day(s)

An 8-hour day of training. Recommended to consist of FML's 2-hour Presentation and 3x 2-hour Small Group Sessions. However, the client may direct how this time is used.

2-hour Small Group Session

I work directly with core team members to uncover the most common problems regularly encountered. We then determine what specific functionality they need to understand to improve efficiency and develop a training plan. I recommend no more than six people in a group.

One-on-One Training

One-on-one training is offered on a case-by-case basis. Use the contact form to inquire.

2-hour Presentation

The core FML content. The most impactful strategies for utilizing Microsoft Office functionality in day-to-day work. Basic methods for automation. Prompt engineering for effective interactions with AI. Tie it all together with demonstrations of daily use cases for AI in the workplace.

Customized Material

Take the FML training to the next level with your organization's own documents and processes used in-context during training. Boosts understanding of the utility of certain functionality.
